Hidden Object

Participants spot items hidden inside a scene. The challenge list calls this type Object Hunt.

Who can do this: Org admins.

Where: Event → Content → Challenges → Create → Hidden Object

Set it up

1. Create the challenge and fill in its details (see Create, edit, open and close challenges). It is saved as a draft until it has content.
2. Under Game content, click Upload Scene Image.
3. Click on the image to place a target on each object. Each target is numbered.
4. Under Targets, give every target an Object name, and use the Size slider to make its circle cover the object.
5. Optionally add a Hint: give participants a hint about what to look for.
6. Click Save content, then Go live.

You need at least one target, and every target needs a name, before you can save.

Replace image swaps the scene. Your targets are cleared, because they were placed on the old image, and you place them again on the new one.

How it scores

A target counts as found when a participant taps inside its circle. The score is the challenge’s points times the share of targets found. Only a limited number of taps count (about twice the number of targets), so tapping everywhere doesn’t work.
