Social wall
The social wall is a feed of participants’ photos: the ones they share from My Photos in the app, and the ones they take with Photo Frames. The Source column says which (Share photos or Photo frame). Nothing reaches the wall until you approve it.
Who can do this: Org admins. Read-only users can see the queue.
Where: Event → Engagement → Social Wall
Participants only see the wall while the Social Wall module is on.
Review new photos
Section titled “Review new photos”- Open the Needs review tab. It holds new photos and ones you flagged.
- Click a thumbnail to see the photo full size.
- For each photo, choose:
- Approve: it goes on the wall.
- Flag: keeps it off the wall and in the queue, to decide later.
- Remove: hides it everywhere, including the gallery.
When the queue is empty you see “All caught up — no photos waiting for review.”
Approve several at once
Section titled “Approve several at once”- Tick the photos, or tick one and click Select all.
- Click Approve with the number selected, for example Approve 12.
If some don’t go through, the page tells you how many to try again.
Take a photo off the wall
Section titled “Take a photo off the wall”- Open the Approved tab.
- Click Flag to move it back to the queue, or Remove to hide it everywhere.
Removed photos are listed under Removed. To put one back on the wall, click Approve there.
The social wall has its own queue. Challenge submissions are reviewed on Moderation.
