Info, venue, contacts, FAQs and schedule
The Info page holds the practical information participants look up in the app: what the event is, where it is, who to contact, common questions and the schedule.
Who can do this: Org admins. Read-only users can read every section but not change it.
Where: Event → Content → Info
How the page works
Section titled “How the page works”Pick a section from the Sections list on the left: About the event, Schedule, Venue, FAQs, Contacts, Image override and Travel & scoring. A line at the top says where participants see that section.
- Each section has its own save button. A dot next to a section’s name means it has unsaved changes; switching sections keeps them, and the page asks before you leave with any unsaved.
- A warning appears when participants can’t see a section right now, for example because its module is off (see Feature switches (modules)) or Image override is covering it.
Travel & scoring has its own page: Trip details.
About the event
Section titled “About the event”The About text at the top of Event info in the app.
- Type an Intro line. It’s shown as the first paragraph of the About text, not as a separate title.
- Type the Description.

The venue card in Event info.

- Optionally add a Maps link, a full link starting with
https://. Participants get an “Open in maps” button when it’s set. - Select Save venue. If you’ve cleared every field, the button reads Remove venue.
- Select Add question and type the Question and Answer. Repeat for each one.
- Select Save FAQs.
To delete several at once, tick them and use the delete bar that appears.
Contacts
Section titled “Contacts”Contacts show in the app’s Event info, behind the “Need help?” pill on the sign-in screen, and in the Concierge cards on Home. For support tickets, use the Help Desk page instead.
- Select Add contact and fill in Name, Role, Email and Phone.
- Select Save contacts.

Image override
Section titled “Image override”Use this for a flyer image that already contains everything, or a “coming soon” placeholder. When at least one image is uploaded here, it replaces the About, Venue, FAQs and Contacts tabs entirely on the participant Event info screen.
- Select Upload image, then Add another image for more.
- Remove an image to bring the other sections back once none are left.
Images save as soon as they’re uploaded or removed.
Import from text
Section titled “Import from text”Instead of typing each section, you can paste in text you already have and let AI sort it into the right places.
- Select Import from text (top right of any section).
- Paste your event agenda, programme document, welcome email or any event text (at least 20 characters, up to 8,000).
- Select Generate draft.
- Review what was found: Schedule sessions, About, Venue, FAQs and Contact. Untick anything you don’t want. For sessions, set the Event date they belong to. Select ← Edit text to go back and change the text.
- Select Apply (the button shows how many items will be saved).
If something fails to save, the rest is kept; select Apply again to retry just what failed.
To draft challenges as well, use Start from a brief.
