Track checklists
A checklist is a list participants tick off in the app, such as a packing list or “Before you fly”. You build it ahead of time and, as the event approaches, watch who has started and who hasn’t finished.
Who can do this: Org admins build and change checklists. Read-only users can see the items and everyone’s progress.
Where: Event → Engagement → Checklists (progress is also under Overview in the organiser app)
Create a checklist
Section titled “Create a checklist”- Click New checklist.
- Enter a Title, for example “Packing list”, and an optional Description, which shows above the list in the app.
- Set Completion points: awarded once, the first time a participant ticks every item. Use 0 for none.
- Leave Visible to participants on, or switch it off while you are still writing it. A hidden checklist is tagged Hidden.
- Click Save.
Add sections and items
Section titled “Add sections and items”Open the checklist. On the Items tab:
- Type a section name in New section title, for example “Essentials”, and add it.
- In the section, type an item in Add an item, e.g. Passport, and add it.
- Use the arrows to move items and sections, the pencil to edit an item (with an optional note) or rename a section, and the bin to delete.
Deleting an item takes away the tick of anyone who ticked it. Deleting a section deletes its items.
To change the title, points or visibility later, click Details.
See who hasn’t finished
Section titled “See who hasn’t finished”Open the checklist and click the Progress tab. The cards at the top count Participants, Started and Finished. Below them, the tabs Everyone, Not finished, Not started and Finished list each person with how many items they’ve ticked. The tab refreshes by itself every 15 seconds.
In the organiser app, the Checklists tool shows each checklist’s progress and lets you message the people who haven’t finished.
Delete a checklist
Section titled “Delete a checklist”Open it, click the bin (Delete checklist) and confirm. Everyone’s ticks go with it; points already awarded stay.
