Jumbled Words

Participants see only the scrambled letters (and a hint, if you give one) and type the original word.

Who can do this: Org admins.

Where: Event → Content → Challenges → Create → Jumbled Words

Set it up

1. Create the challenge and fill in its details (see Create, edit, open and close challenges). It is saved as a draft until it has content.
2. Under Game content, for each word:
   • Type the Answer.
   • Type your own Scrambled letters, or click ↺ to generate them.
   • Optionally add a Hint.
3. Click + Add Word for more, up to 20.
4. To give each participant a different set, tick Show a random subset to each participant and set Words shown per participant. You can then build a bank of up to 200 words; each participant sees a random, fixed-size subset, the same one every time they reload.
5. Click Save content, then Go live.

The scrambled version must use exactly the same letters as the answer, and can’t be identical to it.

How it scores

The challenge’s points times the share of words answered correctly. Capital letters don’t matter.
