On the day

What you do while the event is running: get people through the door, keep the moderation queue moving, talk to participants, answer their tickets and run the live moments. Most of it works from the dashboard and from the OnStage Organiser phone app.

• Run-of-show checklist: what to check before doors open, during the event and as it ends.
• Check in participants: scan passes at the door, or check someone in by name.
• Moderate submissions and photo IDs: approve, flag or remove submissions, and verify photo IDs.
• Send an announcement: tell everyone, a team or a few people, now or later.
• Message participants directly: a private, one-way message to the people you pick.
• Answer help desk tickets: reply to what participants raise from the app.
• Host a live quiz: one question at a time, answers revealed to everyone at once.
• Run polls, Q&A and surveys: quick votes, participants’ questions and feedback forms.
• Track checklists: packing lists and who hasn’t finished.
• The organiser app: every tab and tool in the phone app, and what stays on the dashboard.
