Set up your event
Everything you set before people join: creating the event and going live, which features are switched on, how people join and what the app looks like, the Home screen, the information participants look up, and copying an existing event. Most of these pages are in the Content group of an event’s sidebar, and most are for org admins.
- Create an event: name, time zone, dates and venue.
- Event overview and going live: status, go live, end or reopen, the setup checklist and the public screens.
- Feature switches (modules): every module, what it does and which pages go with it.
- Start from a brief (AI setup): pick a use case, then draft challenges, a schedule and info from a brief.
- Onboarding: how people join: the event code, sign-in, registration, photo ID, teams, the pass and your own screens.
- Set your event’s look: colour, dark mode, banner, logo and background.
- Home screen: sections, banner, tiles, link button, feature card and the tab bar.
- Info, venue, contacts, FAQs and schedule: what participants look up, or import it from text.
- Trip details: currencies, league phases, scoring note and dress codes.
- Explore: your own pages and shortcuts under the Explore tile.
- Copy or clone an event: start a new event from an existing one.
- App event list and join screen: your organisation’s events on the app’s join screen.
