Example prompts
Talk to your AI assistant as you would to a capable colleague. Give it the brief, the dates, the copy and the links, and ask it to show you what it plans to change before it does anything. These prompts work the same in Claude, ChatGPT or any other assistant you’ve connected.
Who can do this: Org admins who have connected an AI assistant.
Where: In your AI assistant, once connected
A worked example
Section titled “A worked example”Your client brief says: “Acme Sales Summit 2026, 12–14 November, about 300 people in four regional teams. We want an app with the agenda, venue info, a photo challenge each day, a company quiz and a leaderboard. Morning push reminders at 8:00.” You might then ask:
- “Who am I connected as, and which events can you see?” A good first question. Your AI assistant confirms your organisation and lists your events.
- “Copy last year’s ‘Acme Sales Summit 2025’ into a new event called ‘Acme Sales Summit 2026’.” Or: “Create a new event called …”. A new event always starts as a draft, which nobody can join yet.
- “Set the dates to 12–14 November 2026 and the venue to the Grand Harbour Hotel, and use this logo: https://acme.example.com/brand/logo.png and this banner: https://acme.example.com/brand/banner.jpg.” Your AI assistant can use images from a public web link (JPEG, PNG or WebP, up to 10 MB).
- “Turn on challenges, the leaderboard, the schedule and Explore. Turn off the help desk and polls.”
- “Here’s the agenda. Add every session to the schedule:” then paste the agenda as text.
- “Add Explore pages for Venue map, Wi-Fi, Dress code and Emergency contacts, using this text: …”
- “Create a photo challenge for each day (50 points each) and a 10-question quiz about Acme from this fact sheet: …” You can also ask it to add a challenge pack or copy challenges from another of your events.
- “Create four teams, North, South, East and West, in these colours: …”
- “Schedule a push announcement at 8:00 each morning of the event saying: …” Your AI assistant can queue up to 25 announcements in one draft. Scheduled announcements can be edited or cancelled until they’re sent.
- “Run the launch check and tell me what’s missing.” Your AI assistant checks things such as whether the event has an event code, is listed in your app, has its logo and banner, and has challenges switched on. Then: “Take the event live.” Going live always needs a confirmation code.
Useful habits
Section titled “Useful habits”- Ask “Show me the preview before you publish.” Your AI assistant lists each change against what’s there now.
- Ask “Put all of that in one draft.” One draft means one review, and one confirmation code if a code is needed.
- To check something, ask your AI assistant to read it back: “What does the schedule look like now?”, “List the challenges in order”, “How many people have joined?”
- Set the event up while it’s still a draft. Changes to a draft event publish without a code, apart from announcements and going live.
