Staff logins and roles
The Staff page lists everyone who can sign in to your organisation’s dashboard and the OnStage Organiser app, and what each person may do. Logins belong to the organisation, not to one event, so a person’s role applies to every event.
Who can do this: Org admins only. Anyone else who opens the page sees “Only an org admin can manage staff”.
Where: Account menu (your avatar at the top right) → Staff. Also the Staff button on the Events list.
The page lists the roles at the top with a line on each. For the full picture of what each role sees and can change, see Roles: who can do what.
